HG IOTVG4 Tactical Vest

The Improved Outer Tactical Vest G4 (IOTVG4) from High Ground is 100% Berry Compliant and constructed from 500D flame-resistant (FR) materials, featuring an exterior of 500D Cordura® Nylon with FR finish and an interior of 500D Cordura® Nylon with DWR treatment for enhanced durability and environmental resistance. The platform incorporates front, rear, and side plate pockets with an internal plate retention and centering system, along with a reinforced man-down drag strap for recovery operations. A full MOLLE-compatible webbing architecture supports modular load carriage, while the Duraflex® quad release trigger assembly enables rapid doffing in emergency scenarios. Adjustable shoulder webbing with 2" hook-and-loop closure and secure brand-name fasteners ensure a stable, customizable fit.

The system is equipped with side-adjustable plate carriers featuring front buckle closure and National Molding STIX® plate retention, along with a protected front buckle covered by a hook-and-loop flap. Modular components include removable throat and collar yokes with webbing snap and hook-and-loop attachment, as well as removable bicep protectors with 4"x4" ID loop panels, MOLLE-compatible webbing, 2" hook-and-loop closures, and optional ballistic integration. This fully scalable system is built to meet rigorous operational requirements while maintaining flexibility for mission-specific configurations.
